GST Effect Sensex gains 258 pts

New Delhi, August 30: Indian stocks have witnessed the loss in yesterday's trades, but today the stocks have gained profits.
With internationally positive options, investors are looking to buy.Investing in GST's gains also exceeded expectations of investor sentiment.
The 30-share BSE Sensex was up 258.07 points or 0.82 percent at 31,646.46 and the 50-share NSE Nifty rose 88.35 points or 0.90 percent to 9,884.40.
Bombay Stock Exchange, BP Technologies Ltd, Jaiprakash Associates, Bombay Dyeing, Ujjain Financial Services, Adani Power Shares have produced profits while Mind Tree Limited, Religare Enterprises, Care Ratings, Singane International Ltd and AIA Engineering were among the worst performers.
