Pregnant Woman assaulted by her in-laws

Hyderabad, Aug 22: The City police have arrested 4 women for assaulting a pregnant woman at Langer house here on Monday.

While coming to details, The victim woman named as Waheeda Fatima 26, wife of Haji Hasan is 4-month pregnant. The woman was earlier residing in Defence Colony and later shifted from there. Since then her in-laws began harassing her.

On Monday morning, taking advantage of her husband's absence, her mother-in-law and 3 sisters-in-law entered into her house and assaulted her. She was also allegedly burned with an iron rod.

Police registered a case on woman's complaint and arrested 4 women under domestic violence.
