Psycho killed a man and eats his brain

West Godavari, Aug 22: Here a weird incident has happened in the Kovvur Mandal of West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday, while a mentally challenged person brutally killed a man and ate his brain after hacked the head.

While coming to details, The deceased identified as Chinanageshwara Rao, who was a guardian of a freshwater pond in Pangidi, was killed by a man who was a mentally challenged person.

Nageshvara Rao died on the spot when psycho was thrashed his head with a stick. Then psycho broke his head and ate the brain.



The Locals are shocked after seeing the ghastly mishap and strange behavior of psycho.They were caught the psycho and tied him to a tree at Panchayat office and informed the police.

The police were arrested the psycho person and taken into the custody.
