Shikhar Dhawan : Failures have taught lessons

NEW Delhi Aug 21: Indian team has once again shown its talent.
The cricket team has won the 1 ODI match against Srilanka yesterday.Many people have praised Indian Team Batsmen and especially Shikhar Dhawan.The opener has scored 132 runs not out in the match held yesterday.

Indian Opener has spoken about his performance and has said that "failures have taught him important lessons."

He was dropped off the team last year due to his inconsistent performance and he was recalled for Champions Trophy and he has never missed the opportunity given.

Dhawan has also said that "It's a long time (until the next World Cup). I would like to keep performing well. That would be my goal because if I don't perform, there are such great batsmen in our side that anyone can take my place.Failure teaches you a lot and I am lucky I have learned so much out of that".

Let's hope that he continues his form well in upcoming matches so that India wins more matches.
