Puducherry Safe for Women :Kiran Bedi

Puducherry Aug 19: pictures of Puducherry's Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi on social media have gone viral. In these photographs, former IPS officer Bedi is seen riding his head covered with a ski rider. she is sitting behind a woman on a red scooter.

The pictures were clicked when Kiran Bedi came out to watch Puducherry's security arrangement so she kept her head covered with a scarf so that her identity cannot be revealed to the people. There was no information about his accidental and confidential visit, not even the police and administration officials.


Bedi told that she wanted to know how safe the roads of Puducherry are for women at night. She said on Twitter " women in Puducherry are safe in the night, but the situation needs to be improved". she also gave some suggestions to police for increasing safety.

LT governor has also appealed to people to inform on PCR, 100 and tell their problems to police so that they can help them.
