After Indira canteen its time for Indira Schools

Bengaluru, August 18: we knew that the ruling party Congress in Karnataka has launched Indira Canteen here in Bengaluru a few days back.

Apert from this, they are planning to start Indira school, according to the reliable sources.

Siddaramaiah government has decided to come up with Indira Schools.

According to the sources, the state government will name residential schools, which were proposed to be set up for SC and ST students, after former prime minister and Congress leader Indira Gandhi.



In 2016-17, Karnataka Government has set up 278 residential schools for SC and ST. The government has made a decision to change the name of these schools in the name of Morarji Desai Residential Schools to Indira Gandhi Residential Schools.
