Philippine police kill 32 drug dealers

Manila Philippines, August 17: A raid took place recently.
Philippine Police today have killed 32 suspected drug dealers in a series of raids that were conducted across Bulacan province near Manila.

Provincial police chief has said that "we have taken 32 drug dealers and more than 100 others in custody after conducting 67 police operations in various parts of the city."

Caramat has said that "We have conducted one-time, big-time operations in the past. So far, the number of casualties and deaths, this is the highest".

Sources say that 3,451 alleged drug offenders have been killed since the Philippine administration had launched its brutal war against drugs in June 2016. Drug-related homicides, including attacks by motorcycle-riding masked gunmen, have killed more than 2000 people.

However many people have protested against the brutal killings and said that the government must stop the war against drugs.
