Mars Food to Acquire Tasty Bite Eatables

New Delhi Aug 16: A Food Company would be acquired soon by another.Mars Food today announced that it would Acquire Tasty Bite Eatables a Pune based food company.

The Company has announced that it would offer RS 352 crore to public shareholders to acquire 25.77 per cent shares.Earlier Mars has said that it would buy Preferred Brands International in Tasty Bite Eatables.The company has offered $172.82 million for the acquisition of 74.23 per cent stake.The news of the offer was confirmed by the Pune based company.

Currently, Mars company manufactures a wide range of products such as chocolates, confectionary, Pet Food.Tasty Bite currently manufacturers ready to eat foods such as Veg Mixes and are exported to USA and other countries. Let's hope that the acquisition bring profits to both the companies.
