CEOs resign from Trumps Council

Washington Aug 16: A shock has been received yesterday.
Intel Corp, Merck & Co Inc, Under Armour Inc Companies Cheif Executive Officers CEOs, have resigned from U.S. President Donald Trump's American Manufacturing Council on Monday.

Sources say that they have resigned after presidents initially tepid response to the weekend violence at a rally of white supremacists in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Intel Chief Executive Brian Krzanich has said that "I resigned from the council to call attention to the serious harm our divided political climate is causing to critical issues".

Merck chief executive Kenneth Fraizer an African-American has said that "he left the advisory council because of the president's reaction to the violence between white supremacists and counter protesters".

Under Armour, CEO Kevin Plank has said that "We remain resolute in our potential and ability to improve American manufacturing.However, Under Armour engages in innovation and sports, not politics."

Experts say that the president has failed to act on racist attacks and many more advisory council members may soon resign if such incidents happen repeat again the countries. Recently racists attacks took place in America after a protest turned violent.
