9.3 crore PAN linked with Aadhar

New Delhi Aug 14: A data has been revealed.
Income Tax officials have revealed the status of some of the projects.

* 9.3 crore Permanent Account Numbers (PAN) have been linked with Aadhaar.

* 30 crore PAN holders are present in the country.

* 30 % of total PAN cards have been linked with Aadhar.

* 3 crore linkages were done in June and July.

* The last date for linking two cards has been extended to August 31

* Approximately 115 crore people in the country have Aadhar cards.

Finally, the officers hope that more number of people link up their cards in upcoming days.
