AIADMK merger factions soon

Chennai Aug 11: The political situation of a state has become a hot topic.Sources say that the two factions of AIADMK party will soon be merged. E K Palaniswami Tamil Nadu Chief Minister yesterday has said that " the appointment of T T V Dinakaran as the party's deputy general secretary was "not acceptable".

His remarks Assume significance because earlier O Pannerselvam former CM has demanded that he would merge with the party only if Sasikala family was isolated from the party.



Dinakaran is the nephew of Chinnama who is currently in jail. He has reacted on the resolution passed by CM and has said that "As party general secretary, Sasikala has all the powers to appoint or remove people from the party and CM has no right in these matters".

He has also said that "Strict action action would be taken against CM if he doesn't follow the paty rules".

Sources say that OPS might be given Deputy CM post if he merges with CM group. There are also rumors that merged AIADMK would join NDA.
