Dalai Lama :India china standoff don't lead to war

Tibet, Aug 10: A Guru has out spoken recently. Dalai Lama Tibetan spiritual leader on Wednesday has said that"the standoff between India and China at the Doklam plateau, near the tri-junction with Bhutan, is unlikely to lead to a big war".

He has also said that "India and China are close neighbors but cautioned against harsh words and also said that this issue (Doklam standoff) is not serious."

The spiritual leader has said the above words while interacting at a public event. Dalai Lama has also said that "Indias role in ensuring freedom and safety for the Tibetan refugees who have been living in exile in the country is extremely significant".

He has criticized China for destroying Cultural Heritage of Tibet.and he said that both countries will resolve the issue soon peacefully.
