Complaints war between TDP and YSRCP over Nandyala By election

Kurnool, Aug 07: Here is shocking twists have been unveiled regarding the Nandyala By election 2017 here on Monday.

The Telugu Desam Party has objected that the nomination of Shilpa Mohan Reddy on behalf of YSRCP is not valid. The TDP has complained on B-form notary filed by Shilpa to the Election Returning Officer and district collector also.

The notary made by the lawyer of T. Tulsi Reddy's notary license has been canceled in December 2013, then silpa's nomination is not valid. The TDP leaders have also provided some of the documents related to this.

The other objection is that Shilpa Mohan Reddy has not given a judicial stamp to file along with the nomination papers.

The Election Commission is considering a letter sent by the TDP to all these details.

Bhanwar Lal, the chief election officer, is also focused on the issue and said they have to discuss with experts.

On the other side, YSRCP leaders have also raised an objection over the nomination of Bhuma Brahmananda Reddy who was Nandyala TDP candidate.

YSRCP leaders also complained to the Election Returning Officer that the TDP candidate had not submitted the documents of income tax returns along with nomination papers.

Some of the TDP leaders have also complained of the code being violated. So, there is a war of complaints going on between the two parties.
