Raghuveera Reddy gave tomotoes as Rakhi Gifts

Amaravati, August 07: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Raghuveera Reddy has participated in the Raksha Bandhan festival.

The congress party women have tied rakhis to Raghuveera Reddy, in return, the president gifted the vegetables like Tomatoes and Onions to the women.

Speaking on the occasion, He slashed out on Telugu Desam party that, In TDP regime the vegetable prices are increased rapidly.

He further lashed out on, Chandra Babu Naidu, that he should complete the Polavaram project in time and they demanded the special status also.

Releasing the protest rakhi posters here, Raghuveera Reddy said the rakhi should be sent to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not implementing the promises made to the State in the AP Reorganisation Act.

"Use social networks such as the Twitter, Facebook, and WhatsApp to take part in the #RakhiProtest. The APCC has designed a set of protest rakhis for your convenience" said Mr. Reddy.
