Washington, Aug 3: A new system would soon be in place. The US president Donald Trump will soon introduce a new points-based system for those seeking Green Card. Sources say that the Green cards would be issued based on the following factors

* English-speaking ability.
* Skilled workers.
* Candidates financial status.
* Do they have a skill that will add to the US economy.
* Are they being paid a high wage.

Sources say that USA president has also supported a legislation that proposes to cut down on the number of legal immigrants allowed to enter the country and also limit the family-based migration to spouses and minor children. Officials say that we will soon implement Canada and Australia system.



President Trump has said that this merit based system would fulfill the election promise of protecting the US workers, priorities taxpayers economy prioritizes the needs of its own citizens, residents, and workers.

Indian Experts say that the new system would benefit India because most of the immigrants staying in the country are affluent English speaking and highly skilled people.
