'Baahubali' item girl slapped her co-actor

Mumbai, Aug 01: It's difficult being a woman in this world, especially when men consider their gender alone a reason big enough to have an upper hand over the other gender. The cases of sexual assault and even child abuse are increasing in our country, not even the celebrities are spared.

Not only they are body-shamed and abused, but a lot of instances suggest that they have been sexually assaulted as well.

Here an incident happened recently, when Baahubali actress Scarlett Wilson who was seen in song Manohari of the first part of the magnum opus, came across an actor, who not only tried to misbehave with her on the sets of her forthcoming movie titled Hansa – Ek Sanyog.



According to a report, an actor named Umakant Rai was seen making crude gestures towards the actress and even tried to touch her hair. That is when she lost her cool and angrily walked off the sets halting the shoot.

The report further states that the man was thrown out of the sets. Following which, a complaint with the Film Federation of India has been lodged. Now, Rai is expected to apologize for his misbehavior, and if he fails to do so, he might lose his acting license.
