AP Govt sanctioned Rs. 345 Cr

Vishakapatnam, July 29: The Andhra Pradesh State government has sanctioned Rs 345 crore funds to construct 62 court buildings across the state announced by Minister of Roads and Buildings Ch Ayyannapatrudu here on Friday.

Ayyannapatrudu said while inspecting the construction works of the court buildings at District Court Complex on Friday, the government had released Rs 30 crore funds as per the revised estimation plans to construct a six-storied court building and cellar with parking lift.

He directed the officials to work on two shifts to complete the buildings by 2018 and assured to release more funds if needed to complete the court buildings in the stipulated time frame.

Besides the district court buildings, the government was also sanctioned new buildings for Narsipatnam and Araku courts. The construction of those buildings would be started next year, the Minister added.

President of Forum for Legal Professionals Kuppili Muralidhar and other members including K Jagadish, BVR Murthy, Narasinga Rao, Krishna Mohan J Prithviraj and PS Naidu were present.
