High Court adjourns APNGO's case

Hyderabad, July 28: The Common division bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice T.Rajini on Thursday adjourned the case pertaining to a dispute between APNGO Association and Bhagyanagar NGO Association till Monday.
The bench has asked both the groups to withdraw their respective measures like issuing notices and putting up boards.
A single judge had suspended the order of district collector of Hyderabad allotting a portion of APNGO Bhavan to Bhagyanagar NGO Association. This was challenged in writ appeal.
On Thursday, the bench was informed that the Bhagyanagar NGOs put up a board claiming the portion of the building and the APNGOs issued a notice seeking its removal.
