Nitish Kumar Resigns as CM

Patna July 26: A breaking news has emerged. Bihar Cheif Minister Nitish Kumar has resigned. Currently, he has sought an appointment with Governor and has submitted his resignation.

CM's resignation comes as a shock and may lead a split of Mahagathbandhan in Bihar. Currently JDU and RJD are in alliance to form the government.



Earlier Lalu Yadav's son Tejaswi Yadav has openly admitted that he would not resign as Deputy Cheif minister because of allegations of corruption against him.

There was growing pressure on CM to distance himself from the RJD because of the recent CBI,IT and ED raids on Lalu's family. Experts say that it is a game played by BJP to incorporate Nitish back in NDA.
