Deputy CM Chinarajappa alleged on Mudragada

Vijayawada, July 26: The Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Nimmakayala Chinarajappa has alleged that Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham has become a pawn in the hands of the YSR Congress Party.

The Minister on Tuesday said Mr. Padmanabham's padayatra was a plot to create law and order problems. Mr. Padmanabham was a character in the drama being scripted by YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Both of them were creating a rift between castes for their vested interests. Just for his survival in the politics, Mr. Padmanabham was announcing some program or other, he alleged.



Municipal Administration Minister P. Narayana said the government was taking all possible measures and initiatives for the welfare of Kapus. The TDP government was according to top priority to Kapus and appointed them to top positions. The Manjunatha Commission was asked to submit its at the earliest, he added.

Chinnarajappa recalled that there is no word of kapu reservations are not discussed in the speeches of YSRCP plenary sessions.
