Kerala, July 24: Vimal Kumar, an owner of the 30-acre coffee plant in Wayanad, Kerala. The role of rain in coffee plantations is very important. Vimal has invented a device for raining, without relying on the Indian Meteorological Center to find out the rain.

Vimal has guided Indian Meteorological Center few times through this device. Vimal, who has been searching for the rain for 34 years, using just a test-tuned rain gage.

Vimal lives in Muttil area of Wayanad, where the damp is wet in an entire year. At 6 o'clock in the morning every day he writes in his book Readings

Based on them, the rain extends the level and recognizes the level and tells fellow coffee farmers. The farmers believe that what he said was absolutely accuracy in any of the last 34 years.

Weather department officials also say that there is four weather department monitoring centers in Wayanad area and they said that Vimal observations more than the weather department analysis.

Regional Director of Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) S. Sudovan praised Vimal Kumar's efforts. There are four weather control stations of IMD in Wayanad. But local weather information such as this can be useful for farmers and special places.

Vimal said, "In view of the increased reliance on coffee, I started this work in 1983. With this experience of many years now, I immediately anticipate rain and I can tell how much rain is likely to occur.
