Telangana officers to get Promotions

Hyderabad, July 23: The Telangana Departmental Promotion Council held a meeting at Secretariat here on Saturday, which was chaired by S.K. Joshi, Special Chief Secretary to the Irrigation and Command Area Development Department. The Principal Secretary Adhar Sinha is the Convenor of the Committee has approved the promotions of 41 officers in the various department of Telangana.

A total of 41 candidates working in different departments of the State government has been cleared for promotion. The number of the candidates and the post to which they are to be promoted are as follows:

* one as JD in the office of the CCE, Higher Education Department;

* four as JD in School Education Department;

* one each as CE and EE as well as a notional promotion as ADTP (Rtd) in the MA&UD Department;

* one as Additional Director in AHDDF Department;

* two as JD in BC Welfare Department;

* nine as Assistant Secretary to Deputy Secretary in Secretariat;

* two as Commandants;

* one as AO, Intelligence branch;

* Seven as Additional SP (AR) and 11 as Additional Commandants, TSSP in Home Department.
