Delhi team inspected Polavaram Project works

Vijayawada, July 21: A team of eight members from the Central soil and material research center comes from Dilli on Thursday to check the quality of works of on going Polavaram Project, which was declared as a national project in 2014.

In the team, five members have examined the right and left canals, scientist Sivakumar, CE Parameshwaran, and Lalith Kumar Solam have examined the spillway and diaphragm wall works.

The Project senior engineer was stated while speaking to media about the observation of Polavaram project works. The Delhi team also examined the sand, gravel, and cement used in the project works.They also conducted a ti-axial test for concrete using diaphragm construction.
