TDP MP JC Diwakar filed a petition over Airlines ban

Hyderabad, July 12: As we know that, The TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy who has been banned by most of the domestic airlines following his misbehavior at the Visakhapatnam last month.

He has approached and filed a petition in the Hyderabad High Court here on Tuesday.

In his petition, the TDP MP stated that the ban was imposed on him without an inquiry making it illegal and has asked the Court to remove the ban since his age won't permit him to take up other modes of travel.

Meanwhile, The respondents in the petition include Union Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Jet Airways, Air India, Vistara Airlines, GoAir, IndiGo, Air Asia, SpiceJet, and Turbo Megha Airways.
