Aadhar to check Irregularities

Hyderabad, July 12: The Telangana government has been working on a new policy to overcome the irregularities in registrations.

The Aadhaar certification process will be implemented from 15th of this month. Telangana state stamps and registration offices have been linked with Aadhaar Network to this extent.

Adding Aadhaar card is not enough for registrations in the state anymore. The registration process takes place if the other details, including fingerprint, are based on Aadhar number. Otherwise, it will be discontinued.

The government will implement a new policy in the wake of recent lighting in the stamps and registration department. Fingerprints are also used to bring details from the Aadhaar portal based on Aadhaar number in the new system.

Registration of the Aadhaar card will be registered only if the details are provided. The order was issued on Tuesday by IGI Ahmed Naidu, Commissioner of Stamps and Registrations. All Sub-Registrar offices have already been completed with PAN and Aadhaar information.

The registration process will go ahead with all the details of registered Aadhaar including fingerprints, registrars, papers, and witnesses.

* Those who do not have Aadhaar card will have to register the card and give the 28 digit Enrollment Number, the application validated at the time of registration. This will go ahead with the approval of the relevant sub-register.

* Sab- Registers have to take into consideration the details of the property sellers and buyers and deal with irregularities.

The Principal Secretary to the Telangana State Sub-Registrar Sangam General Secretary expressed concerns about the changes in the registration process by connecting Aadhaar certification.

The new policy is going to break the irregularities.
