Hyderabad, July 11: The common division bench Hyderabad High Court on Monday heard a petition by the employees of Tech Mahindra, who was recently removed from service. The court issued notices to the Telangana government and the company to respond to the petition within three weeks.

Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao was dealing with a petition by Sudhakar Suddala and three others seeking directions to the company to reinstate them.

Senior counsel A Satya Prasad, appearing for the petitioners, said the petitioners had approached the joint commissioner of labor, who had initiated conciliation proceedings, but the company had given them termination letters.
