TSRTC gets India Bus Awards

Telangana, Hyderabad. July 10: Telangana State Road Transport Corporation at the national level has achieved 3 prestigious India Bus Awards for 2017, here on Sunday.

Coming to details, The event was attended by State Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali, IT Department K. Taraka Rama Rao, Ministry of Shipping, Principal Secretary Sunil Sharma, Director of the TSRTC Executive Directors R.Nagaraju and Venu.

In another category, Orange Travels bagged the Best Operator for Passenger First Initiative in Private Sector, Top Bus Driver and Excellence in Employee Welfare. In a press release, M. Sunil Kumar Reddy, the owner, said the first two were for the years 2016 and 2017, while the third one was for 2017.

Bhainsa Depot Driver Mohammed Rafi was awarded the 'Best Bus Driver' award for driving for 33 years without any accident.
