GST helplines increased

New Delhi, July 6: A helpline number has been issued. The government yesterday has increased the number of GST helplines useful for customers from 14 to 60.The helplines will be handled by specially trained professionals.

The government has said that people can contact the helpline number to clear their queries related to the new indirect tax regime. The contact number of the consumer helpline is 14404. The government has also issued new MRP guidelines so that customers will be benefitted.

Officials have said that we have received a huge response and we thought that we would extend the number of helplines and these would be made available in all languages so that people of various states are benefited. Let's hope that people utilize this helpline and clear their queries.
