Vijay Mallya got non-bailable warrant

New Delhi, July 05: Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court has today issued a Non - Bailable Warrant against Vijay Mallya. The Court has issued this order after a complaint was filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

Currently, the liquor baron is in London and he has duped the bank's worth Rs 9000 crore. The court has issued the orders pertaining to a case of IDBI-KFA bank loan money laundering case.



The agency has registered a complaint against him last year under the PMLA Act. Earlier this year he was arrested in London but he got bail. Sources say that he has escaped the country last year and he was spotted at various public events.Let's hope Indian agencies succeed in bringing him back to the country.
