Sekhar Kammula is using Pawan Kalyan?

Hyderabad July 01: Director Sekhar Kammula's next movie 'Fidaa', starring Varun Tej as Varun and Sai Pallavi as Bhanumathi has created a new twist in the tale. Pallavi, who is making her debut with Fidaa will be seen as a die hard Pawan Kalyan fan in the movie.

Time and again, any movie that has used Pawan Kalyan's reference has clicked big time. But in most of the movies, it is either a portion of inspiration or the main lead actor being a fan of the Power Star. But in turn of events, 'Fidaa' will see the lead actress as a huge fan of Pawan Kalyan. In the past Nithiin and Sai Dharam Tej have successfully tested the waters with Pawan's name and claimed success.

Fidaa has already garnered lots of attention by Telugu movie lovers, not only for Sekhar Kammula's direction but also thanks to the voluptuous Sai Pallavi in the trailer. A picture that was previously released of script narrations stands proof for her character as Pawan's fan with the hand on neck move.



The movie revolves around the love-hate story of a Telangana girl, Bhanumathi, and Varun, with Pawanism, added as a cherry on top. However, it is yet to be seen if Pallavi will be able to recreate the same fanatic action of Swathi Reddy for Mahesh Babu in Ashta Chemma.

The movie already started its principal photography in August 2016. It is to be seen how the audience will react to the coming of age love-hate story.
