Vizag Brahmins raised concerns over removal of IYR Krishna Rao

Vishakapatnam, June 30: The Vizag Brahmins Welfare and Service Organisation has raised concerns over the removal of former Chief Secretary to the Government IYR Krishna Rao from the post of Chairman of AP Brahmin Corporation.

While speaking to media here on Thursday, The President of the organization Nanduri Ramakrishna said it was 'cruel to remove Mr. Krishna Rao from the post just because he shared some messages in the social media, without calling for any explanation.

Mr. Ramakrishna also termed the action of the Chandrababu Naidu Government discriminatory."He seems to have two sets of rules. One for Brahmins and another for the rest. The TDP state organizing secretary Kaki Govinda Reddy was seen attending the felicitation function of YSRCP MP Vijay Sai Reddy.

But there was no action taken against him. Nor against JC Diwakar Reddy and Kesineni Nari and also Bonda Uma who was seen criticizing the TDP rules time and again," he pointed out.

Former IES Officer CS Rao also termed the removal of Mr. Krishna Rao who was serving the community well, as 'unfair'.
