China:Mountain landslide kills 140 people

Bejing, China June 24: A natural disaster took place today. A mountain has collapsed in Xinmo village of China .40 homes were destroyed in the landslide. This incident happened at morning 6 am local time on Saturday.

Sources say that Rescue teams are searching for survivors trapped beneath rocks and currently over 140 people died and many people were injured. Currently, the survivors are shifted to nearest hospitals and the emergency team is using bulldozers to clear the debris and rocks.

Finally, the experts say that a mountain of Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Aba. The collapse had blocked a two-kilometer section of a river course. Experts say that the mountain was collapsed because of recent heavy rains in the area and lack of vegetation. Let's hope that emergency team clear the debris fast and saves more number of people.
