Union Cabinet approves Restructing of Indian NAVY

NewDelhi, June 23: A meeting was held yesterday. Union cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Modi has taken the following decisions.The following MOUs with the countries have been approved by the cabinet yesterday.

1) Amendment of the Social Security Agreement between India and the Netherlands: this decision will strengthen the ties between two countries.

2) MoU between India and the Netherlands for Bilateral Cooperation in the field of water resources management: This decision will help in mutually sharing their expertise in the field of water resource management at an international level.

3) MoU between India and Portugal on Cooperation in the field of Public Administration and Governance Reforms: This decision will help in replicating Indian PDs systems with the best system of customer-oriented public service delivery in Portugal.

4)Formation of Indian Naval Material Management Service (INMMS) as an Organized Group 'A' Engineering Service: This decision would help in attracting the best talent in Indian Navy.

5) Cabinet expresses Gratitude to State CMs and others for their cooperation in the introduction of GST: the cabinet has expressed his happiness and appreciated states for getting ready to implement GST.

6) MoU on cooperation in the textiles, clothing and fashion sectors between India and Australia: this decision will benefit cooperation between two countries in the field of textiles and fashion industry.

7)MoU for cooperation in Traditional Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy between India and Sri Lanka: This decision will improve bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the areas of traditional medicine and homeopathy.
