Highcourt stay on Group 2 posts again

Hyderabad June 23: As we knew that, Hyderabad High Court has stayed the Selection process of Group2 posts here on June 12. then they further extended the stay to few more days.

We also knew that Faced with scores of complaints about irregularities, Justice M S Ramachandra Rao of the Hyderabad High Court has been stayed the selection process for 1,032 Group 2 posts by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC).

Justice M Ramachandra Rao was on Thursday on the petitions. The government has asked for a deadline to file a counter. The judge allowed it to stay until July 14. The next hearing was adjourned on July 4.

Earlier, Appearing for the petitioners, senior counsel M Surender Rao told the court that the TSPSC had violated its own assurance given to the HC in a case that challenged the same process.
