ACB official seized assets worth of Rs 1.2 Crores

Vishakapatnam, June 22: As we know that, ACB official have raided the AP's sub-registrar offices and seized assets recently.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials have revealed Rs 1.20 crore (official value) worth assets disproportionate to known sources of income of Nakka Suresh, deputy project engineer in Rural Electricity Coop Society (RECS), Parawada and Munagapaka sections on Wednesday.
Suresh was already arrested on June 9 while accepting a bribe and was produced before the ACB court, Visakhapatnam on June 10.
He was caught while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 3 lakh cash and five cheques worth Rs 6 lakh from a complainant. The tainted official has been remanded till July 23.
