PAK tightens visas to China

Islamabad Pakistan, June 22: A country has given a shock to his friend. Pakistan has said that it will tigthen the rules for the visa issued for Chinese citizens.This decision was taken because recently a Chinese couple was kidnapped and killled in Pakistan. The couple was murdered on the allegation that he was preaching Christianity secretly.

The decision was taken during the high-level meeting presided by the Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan. Minister said that we took a policy decision to review the conditions and requirements to be followed for the issuance of visas to Chinese nationals.

He also said that the embassy in Beijing would be asked to ensure strict scrutiny of the documents provided by the people who apply for Visa. The new rules suggest that business visas and visa on arrival to Chinese nationals will only be granted after production of invitation and assignment letter duly certified and endorsed by the concerned department of Pakistan.

The country has also modified the rules for extension of visas. Finally the government hopes that withy the new rules in place the visas will not be misused.
