Innovative techniques launched to promote IYD

New Delhi, June 20: The central government has planned massive reach out for the celebration of the International Yoga Day.

Some of the programs planned by union government are

* A 30-second radio spot to be broadcasted on 17 All India Radio FM stations.

* A 60-second television ad to popularize Indian country as the land of yoga.

* 1 month-long TV campaign to create awareness will be unveiled on Doordarshan
network on Yoga Day on June 21.

* Social Media handles are also being utilized

* International Yoga Day (IDY) posters and standees have also been put up.

* 53 international guests from across the world have been invited by Ministry
for a trip to India.

Finally, the tourism minister said that with the above measures we will showcase our culture of practicing yoga to the world and make India proud.
