TS Govt supports in the formation of AP High court

Hyderabad, June 20: The Telangana government told the Center that they would support the formation of Andhra Pradesh High Court in Vijayawada or Guntur.

The state government has made a special proposal that they will be ready to pay 42 per cent of the rent if the high court arranged in rent based house.

The division of the Bar Council for Telangana lawyers was not completed as the High Court was not partitioning.

The lawyers' welfare fund clarifies that the welfare fund of the Clerks has not been divided yet. There are 61 judge posts in the High Court,while 27 judges are only present.

In those Of 27 judges,four from Telangana and 23 others are from AP. Telangana advocates and district judges explained that the chances of the high court judges were reduced. The center should immediately focus on this issue.
