CPI Chief Secretary criticizes AP Government

Andhra Pradesh: Vijayawada, June 19: The Andhra Pradesh state CPI secretary K.Ramakrishna has criticized the TDP government, which has already taken 34,000 acres of land for the construction of new capital Amravati, now demanding another 14,000 acres of land, he stressed.

While speaking at a press conference at the CPI Bhavan in Vijayawada, He said that The Chief Minister Chandrababu was always focussed on Amaravati and there is a need to take steps to ensure development in all districts.

He asked that, why the land scam was not handed over to the CBI team in Visakhapatnam.

In the wake of the farmers' concerns, the Chief Minister announcement regarding that the govt will provide the input subsidy, which will be given to the farmers irrespective of crop insurance.

Ramakrishna said that the support price for all crops and MS Swaminathan proposals should implement them, otherwise, they would be raised protests on 24th, 25th, and 26th, he added.
