PAK Army chief :Terrorism cannot be fought with single hand

Islamabad, Pakistan June 17: A warning was given by an army chief today. Pakistan Army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said the fight against terrorism is everyone's responsibility and it cannot be successful if some people avoid their duty and start blaming others.

He said the above words when he was addressing National Defence University (NDU) students in Islamabad.He also said that "terrorism cannot be defeated by closing one's eyes as being done by few players in the region". The army chief also made an important statement that "terrorism has no religion, sect or ethnicity".

He also added that "Pakistan has fought against this menace indiscriminately and we shall take steps to root it out ." Finally his words assume significance because generally Pakistan is accused of helping terrorists by providing them shelter and training.Let's hope that army chief stands on his words so that terrorism can be eliminated from his own country.
