Vizag to get World class incubation center soon

Vishakapatnam, June 16: The Vizag city will become a hub for the technology startup, which was said by the APIS Chairman Valli Kumari here on Thursday.

The Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society (APIS) is poised to realize the 'one entrepreneur per family' motto of the state government and it is going to make Visakhapatnam the hub of technology start-ups.

APIS Chief Executive Officer V. Valli Kumari said that the Society is extensively looking for local and young talent whose innovative ideas could be turned into successful business models in the sustainable ecosystem being developed in the state.

Presenting the progress and plans of the Society at a press conference here, Ms. Valli Kumari said that a world class incubation center with a proper ecosystem to exclusively promote the IT, Electronics, Telecom, Fabrication and Manufacturing start-ups would come up soon.

The Society is going to organize 'India International Innovators Fair' at Visakhapatnam with the participation of innovators from about 30 countries.
