TDP MLC Deepak Reddy suspended

Vijayawada, June 16: As we know that, TDP MLC G Deepak Reddy was arrested in Telangana on June 6, who was accused of the involvement in the land scam.

The Telugu Desam Party has suspended MLC G Deepak Reddy from the party following his arrest for alleged involvement in a land scam.

The decision was taken by chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at a party coordination committee meeting at his residence in Undavalli near Vijayawada on Thursday.

Deepak Reddy from Anantapur district is a son-in-law of TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy.

The chief minister had already ordered the constitution of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the land scam and submit a report to him.
