MP Kavitha rescued a Nizamabad man

Hyderabad, June 6: The Telangana MP K Kavitha has rescued a Nizamabad man from his kafil who was allegedly torturing him in Qatar when she responded to a WhatsApp message.

In-depth into the matter, The victim Yerra Sagar of Gannaram village in Indalvai Mandal of Nizamabad had gone to Qatar in January as a driver.He had struggled at the hands of the kafil who refused to pay him his salary for three months. When Sagar insisted, he was beaten up. He was also threatened that he would be killed if he asked for salary again.

The victim Sagar sent a WhatsApp message to Nizamabad MP K Kavitha who got in touch with the Indian Embassy in Qatar.

The embassy officials reached out to Sagar and repatriated him to India three days ago.
