Natco Pharma to launch new drugs

Hyderabad June 4: A good news for patients.
Natco Pharma will soon launch 8-10 new products in domestic branded formulations segment within one year. The company aims to grow by 20 percent by the end of this financial year.

The Hyderabad-based drug firm will take steps to maintain its No1 position in oncology and gastro hepatology segment in the coming year as part of its short-term growth plan.

The company will also plan to expand its base in the newly launched cardiology and diabetology (CND) division.

Natco has launched generic drugs for Hepatitis C and cancer in recent months. Pharma company issued a statement that it is focussing at complex generics in the US market.

Sources say that USFDA has approved 22 of 43 niche abbreviated new drug applications.

The statements were released during the release of the Quarterly results of the company.
