KTR released T-Wallet

Hyderabad, June 1: The Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao has launched T-Wallet, a digital wallet in a meeting at Taj Deccan here on Thursday.

The T-Wallet is a digital wallet, which people can use for public and private financial transactions without any special charges through this App.

The Govt also planning to link the scholarships, pensions including ration beneficiaries.

There is no service charge for using T-wallet. It will be available to people with no phones as well. They can use their T-wallets and use it for transactions using MeeSeva centers.

The Telangana Government has tied up with Vijaya Bank. It will provide an escrow account facility for Transaction Analysts, which got the license to operate the wallet.

Transaction Analysts is the first company to launch mobile wallet with Aadhaar integration in India.
