Tips for Glowing Skin

Hyderabad May 30th: Every Woman wants the Glowing skin. During summer we have to take more precautions for Glowing skin.

Here are some tips follow them to improve Glow......

* To get a Glowing Skin Drink Milk daily. If you hate of Drinking milk Consume the Milk Products it will also help for skin glow.

* Drinking cold Milk at Night time will improve Skin Colour.

* Healthy Diet is essential for healthy Skin. Soya milk, red, yellow Vegetables, Leafy Vegetables, and fruits should be taken regularly.

* These days the pollution intensity is high. After coming home from out, you must clean the face with natural cleanser.

* At The weekend apply the face pack necessarily if it is busy throughout the week. The face pack made with the ingredients available at home is much better.

* Add two or three tablespoons milk (which was not heated), and a little Saffron and put it on the face. After 10 minutes, wash with water. Doing so will increase tanning.

* Exercise must be accompanied by face packs and food., Then only skin will be healthy and Glow will be increased.
