Bambino to sell of plants in MP and TS

Hyderabad, MAY 24: Another shock for the food industry. Bambino Industry has decided to sell its non-productive plants, machinery, and other fixed assets.

These assets are located in Madhya Pradesh and Telangana. The company expects a revenue of Rs 16 crores by selling the plants.

The manufacturing plant is located in Bibinagar of Telangana. Bambino Agro Industries manufactures pasta and food products like vermicelli and macaroni.

The company said it has decided to sell off the plant at Indore Madhya Pradesh because it is lying vacant since August 2016.

The company has not made any deal and they are looking for prospective buyers. Sources say that the company set up new plants in UP and Rajasthan.
