NEW DELHI, MAY 23: Another shocking news for IT employees. Naukari.com has conducted a survey on the recruitment of jobs and has found out interesting results

The main highlights of the survey are:

* Software jobs have seen a decline of 24 % in recruitment in the financial year 2016-17.

* The overall job market saw has gone down by 11 percent in new jobs with IT-software industry mostly affected.

* Mostly the jobs were declined in Metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru.

* The sectors such as Telecom, BPO, Insurance, and Construction have recruited less number of people last year.

* The Banking sector has hired 11 % more number of employees compared to April 2016.

Finally, the online job platform survey has concluded that the current market is volatile and there may be a further removal of employees in IT sector.
