Vijayawada, October 14: YSRCP chief Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi after AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's statement on black money. The Opposition leader alleged that Naidu is disclosing the details of those who declared their unaccounted income, even though the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) said they would not reveal the names of these persons.
'Naidu stated that a single individual of Telugu states has Rs 10,000 crores of black money. How Naidu got the information? May be he is a benami of the CM,' he wondered.
Strongly responding to Jagan?s comments, AP Minister Devineni Uma alleged that he (Jagan) has converted Rs. 10,000 crore of black money into white.
Meanwhile, YSRCP MLA Rajendranath Reddy said that Naidu speaking on corruption was like devil reciting Vedas. He alleged that Naidu was making false propaganda that a single person disclosed Rs. 10,000 crores of black money under voluntary income disclosure scheme.
