 BS VI alternative fuel launched

Hyderabad MAY 19: An alternative is available to diesel that is Indizel which is a biodiesel and a nonpolluting fuel and is launched by My Eco Energy.

The company says that they will establish fuel dispensing stations so that vehicles can make use of them in diesel vehicles. Company co-founder Santosh Sharma said that the fuel is made from renewable vegetable oils at a refinery in Singapore.

Speaking to media he said, "Indizel is made from biodegradable products." He also said that the fuel will be Rs. 2 cheaper than the conventional diesel sold in fuel bunks.

The company has invested about Rs. 50 crore in the venture.
They said that these stations can be located adjacent to landmark places such as supermarkets, hotels, and malls among others.

Sources say that the fuel made of vegetable oils has low sulfur content of less than 10 ppm.

Finally, the company said that Indizel is a BS VI fuel and will keep the environment clean.
